Notice of Request for Proposal (RFP)

WorkForce West Virginia, a division of the Department of Commerce, announces the availability of U.S. Department of Labor National Dislocated Worker Grant (NDWG) Funds for 2017 Severe Storms/Flooding clean-up activities. As indicated in FEMA Declaration 4331-DR, the West Virginia counties affected are as follows: Doddridge, Harrison, Marion, Marshall, Monongalia, Ohio, Preston, Randolph, Taylor, Tucker, Tyler and Wetzel counties.

A public meeting to discuss the Request for Proposal (RFP) process will be held on Thursday, January 18, 2017 from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. at WorkForce West Virginia’s Central Office, located at 1900 Kanawha Boulevard East, Building 3, Suite 300, Charleston, WV 25305. In case of inclement weather an alternative date of Friday, January 19, 2018 from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM is scheduled. Attendance is required at this bidder’s conference in order to submit a proposal. If for any reason you cannot attend in person, you may send a local representative who cannot be representing any other agency, on your behalf.
